Brightroot Farmstead

Brightroot Farmstead is the comfort food of this list. You plant, tend animals, fix up a little homestead, and chat with neighbours who slowly reveal their stories. It's a simulation that wants you relaxed, not stressed about missing a harvest.

The best decision they made was ditching aggressive timers. Crops wait for you, more or less, so you can play in short bursts without guilt. Controls are all taps and drags, clearly labelled, and the UI scales well on bigger phones.

It's light enough that battery was never a concern during our testing, which makes it a solid travel companion. If you want something warm and low-pressure, this is an easy recommendation.
