About
CoralBox started as a group chat where a few of us kept arguing about which mobile games were worth the storage space. Eventually we decided to write it all down properly, and that turned into this site. Everything you read here comes from people who installed the thing and sat with it.
We care about the stuff reviews usually skip: how controls feel on a smaller screen, whether a game melts your battery in twenty minutes, which settings are worth changing before you even start playing. Those details matter more than a flashy trailer.
Games get picked in a pretty simple way. Someone on the team suggests one, usually because it's getting talked about or because it tries something odd. We play it for at least a few days, compare notes, and only then write. If a game bores all of us, we usually say so instead of pretending.
We're independent. No publisher tells us what to write, and we buy or download what we cover like anyone else. The goal is just to be the review you'd trust from a friend who games too much.
